Human Resources professional with 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices multinational industry as well as in the Private Banking Sector. This experience has contributed in a better understanding of recruitment needs, thus preparing candidates according to profiles and competencies needed and increasing their competitive positioning on the Labor Market.

My experience is also based on personal career transition and working for the pioneer in Career Transition (DBM) for the past 7 years. Strong with this experience I have been able to adapt and develop counsel for all levels of positions and functions.

Of Canadian citizenship, in Switzerland for 18 years, I am bilingual and have completed University in Canada and the United States where I was established for 5 years.

My passion is certainly nature and animals. I have the opportunity to share my passion with a dog with whom I participate in Animal Assisted Therapy as a volunteer for elderly people in EMS, Canton de Vaud for the Association Pattes Tendues http://www.pattestendues.org.
